Rejection letters explain nothing
Scholarship providers rarely give reasons. You're left guessing, and often end up fixing parts that were already fine.
For master's scholarship applicants who've been turned down
SAD.MBA reads the documents, essays and interview notes from the scholarship application that didn't make it, and shows you which parts most likely cost you the award. You then practice here until you're ready to apply again.
LPDP and Chevening come first. No credit card needed.

About us
It's normal to feel down after a rejection. The trouble is that rejection letters almost never say why, so many people apply again the following year and repeat the same mistakes.
The problem
Scholarship providers rarely give reasons. You're left guessing, and often end up fixing parts that were already fine.
Tips like “show your passion” don't help much when your real problem is a contribution plan nobody can measure, or interview answers that contradict your essay.
A panel reads hundreds of essays in a single selection round. Machine-polished sentences are tidy, but the writer's own voice gets polished away too, and that voice is what the panel wants to hear.
How it works
There are four steps in one application cycle. The AI reads your documents and coaches you, and you still do all the writing yourself.
Step 01
Upload your essays, CV, transcript and language certificate, and tell us the stage at which you were cut. For the interview, a voice recording of you recounting how it went is enough.
Step 02
“I want to help improve education in Indonesia.”
You get a list of the most likely causes, how confident we are in each one, and the sentence in your documents that supports it. Everything is assessed against the rubric of the scholarship you're applying for.
Step 03
We map out the months until the next cycle, with projects to close the gaps, a target language score and the key deadlines. An AI agent checks on your progress every week.
Step 04
Dig up new stories, test your revised essay and sit a mock interview with an AI panel. By the time you reapply, your application has already been put to the test.
Features
Each tool is built for one specific part of the scholarship selection process.
Contribution essay.pdf
The AI reads all your documents together and compares them with the rubric and with patterns from applications that succeeded and failed. You get a list of causes, ranked from most to least likely. Each finding points to the original sentence, so you can check it yourself.

Contribution to IndonesiaLeadership and networking
LPDP looks at your contribution to Indonesia, while Chevening looks at leadership and networking. The same essay is graded the way your panel would read it, following the official guidance for the latest cycle.
Tell me about a moment when your team nearly failed.
Our vendor pulled out, but it still had a big impact.
Unsupported claim
What kind of impact? How do you know?
The AI keeps asking, like a curious interviewer, until your strongest story comes out. It flags clichés and unsupported claims, and it never rewrites your sentences.

Um, so, actually, I've always been interested in education since…

Lead with your evidence.
An AI panel talks with you live, in Indonesian or English. The questions come from your own documents, including follow-ups aimed at your weak points. After the session you get feedback on structure, consistency with your essay, filler words and answer length.
The agent is adjusting your plan
This agent turns your diagnosis into a month-by-month plan up to the next deadline. It checks in every week and adjusts the plan as your profile grows.
Reapplying to the same scholarship isn't always your best option. The AI reads your updated profile and suggests the combination of scholarships that makes the most sense for you.
Our principles
Scholarship panels are getting better at spotting machine-written essays, and those essays never sound like you anyway. We built SAD.MBA to help you sharpen a story that is already yours.
The AI asks questions, flags problems and gives scores. You write every sentence yourself.
Your files are only used to train the grader if you agree to it, and you can delete them at any time.
What we do promise is an honest diagnosis and rigorous practice.
Scholarships
Accurate grading needs a rubric and patterns specific to each scholarship. That's why we're starting with the two most sought-after ones and adding the rest one at a time.

What our early testers said after a few weeks with SAD.MBA.
I failed LPDP's substance stage twice, and both times I assumed my English was the problem. The autopsy pointed at my contribution essay instead, right down to the sentence it found too generic. It was a little embarrassing to read, but I finally knew where to start.
Students often ask me to read their scholarship essays, and honestly I don't always have the time. What I like is that this tool doesn't write the essay for them. They still have to do the thinking, and I can step in where it gets hard.
The mock interview had me sweating. The panelist kept pressing me on why I was changing fields, which is exactly the question that tripped me up last time.
I wasn't sure it was for me, since I've never been rejected and was only preparing my first application. The story miner turned out to be useful anyway. It reminded me of things I did in a student organization that I'd never thought were worth mentioning.
The internet where I live isn't always reliable, so I was glad I could answer the interview with a voice recording. A few things still need work, like the monthly plan being too packed at times, but for an early version it has already helped a lot.

FAQ
No. SAD stands for Scholarship After Denial. We help applicants for master's scholarships in any field, MBA included.
No. Our AI asks questions, flags weak passages and grades your draft against the scholarship rubric. You write every sentence yourself, so the essay still sounds like you.
It can't know for certain, because scholarship providers rarely give reasons. The AI compares your documents with the official rubric and with patterns from successful and unsuccessful applications. From that it works out the most likely causes, each with a confidence level and the evidence behind it.
Your documents are encrypted, never shared with third parties, and you can delete them whenever you like. We only use them to improve the grader if you give explicit permission.
No, and nobody can. What we give you is an honest diagnosis, a clear plan and rigorous practice right up to application day.
Yes. The scholarship-specific grader, story miner and interview simulator are just as useful for first-time applicants.
